A 30 acre natural lake at Kenfig nature reserve, located very close to the sea just outside Porthcawl. This sand bottomed, reedy lake has pike, perch and tench, possibly roach and rudd. It is known that Kenfig Hill Angling Association have the fishing lease here and also on the nearby river Kenfig, which has a few trout. However, we cannot find any contacts for membership and we believe it is currently a ‘closed shop’. If anyone has more information on fishing this venue, please leave a Facebook comment below.
