Penarth has fishing from the harbour/marina, which fishes onto shale and silt.. Fish include whiting, mullet, cod, bass, conger, pouting, flounders. The harbour/marina is signposted from the town, there is car parking available. Penarth also has fishing from a beach, a pier and from several rock marks which are scattered around, fishing onto mixed ground, depending upon their location.
