Pontypool Angling Association has fishing on the Olway brook near Usk. This is a tributary of the river Usk. Fishing is from the mouth to the road bridge above the Olway inn pub. This is a lowland brook, narrow, deep and slow flowing with inviting pools. The Olway brook holds trout, eels, dace and chub.
