Ogmore-by-Sea offers fishing on the Estuary, which is a mixture of clean sand and rocks.

Fish include bass, mackerel, rays, whiting, codling, gurnard, garfish, mullet, plaice, dabs, flounders, conger, pouting, dogfish, turbot. The estuary may also hold salmon and sewin (sea trout) for which a licence is necessary.

Ogmore-by-Sea is signposted off the A48 as it by-passes Bridgend, initially on the A4265. At Ewenny, take the B4524 into Ogmore.

Parking is close by at the head of the beach.

Ogmore also has fishing on the Deeps.
