Llyn Bodlyn is a deep 40 acre lake with fishing for char, wild brown trout and perch. It is the water supply for Barmouth and is a good walk into the hills along a track. The char have not been caught for some years, but wild brown trout and perch are still present. The fishing rights are privately owned, but it is said permission can sometimes be obtained by contacting the owner, a farm in llanbedr.
