The fishing lake is a one acre six-feet deep pool set in 10 acres of natural woodland.

Previously, it has been stocked with a number of fish species including Common Carp, Mirror Carp, Tench, Perch, Roach, and Rudd.

The fish seem to have thrived after several months when the lake wasn’t used in 2023 and into 2024, and the biggest carp caught so far since weighed in at 17.2kg (caught in 2025).

Fishing is open to both camping residents and visitors alike. Space for camping and caravans is limited, please call to book.

There is free onsite parking by the entrance gate, with a short walk to the lake which includes some steps. Please contact us prior to arrival if you require more access information.

The track around the lake is grass/gravel. At certain times of the year it can get muddy, please take care and watch your footing.
