Cwmbran Boating Lake has carp, bream, perch, eels, rudd, tench, pike and gudgeon. It is well know for large bream into double figures. Day tickets are available on the bank. Night fishing is for members only, who must be Torfaen County residents. The fishing is controlled by Crow valley Angling club, details on their Facebook page.
