Leuciscus leuciscus – Dace
A variety of ‘silver fish’ species can be found in many lakes, ponds, canals and stillwater fisheries in Wales, and also some rivers, especially the lower reaches in South East Wales.
All of these species provide great sport to match fishing tactics or pole fishing.
