New 2023 Rod Licence Artwork
The new artwork for 2023 rod fishing licences has just been released!
As usual, a fantastic job by fish artist David Miller. The licences feature a barbel, a carp and a sewin (sea trout). To find out more about these types of fish, head to our species pages.
Having a rod licence is a legal requirement if you fish in freshwater in Wales, so remember to check and renew your rod licence before fishing; it is very easy to purchase one at: https://gov.uk/fishing-licences/buy-a-fishing-licence
The online service is now also available in Cymraeg for Welsh speakers.
