Worms Head is a series of rock marks, fishing onto rocky, sandy or mixed bottom, depending on the mark being fished. Fishers must be aware of the tides. The western side of the Worm is steeper and deeper than the eastern and is preferred. Famous for bass (especially from the causeway), other fish include flounders, pollack, turbot, conger, rays, dabs, spur dog, plaice, pouting, wrasse, gurnard, tope, dogfish, monkfish, mackerel, rockling, scad, whiting, codling. Take the A4118 to Scurlage, where turn onto the B4247 and follow the signs to Rhossili. There is a large car park in the village. Walk down to Worms Head.
