Wirral Game Fishing Club has fishing on several fishing venues in North East Wales. Most notable of which are beats on the famous river Dee, the rivers Conwy and Lledr, a tributary of the Conwy, and on a private lake near Denbigh, owned by the club. Fish caught include brown trout, sea trout, salmon, pike and eels. The river Dee is also noted for its grayling. In addition there is an access agreement with Rhyl and St Asaph Angling Society covering their beats on the rivers Clwyd and Elwy, details of which are given in their listing. The Club is strictly restricted to 150 members and there is normally a waiting list for membership. Visit the club website for membership details.
