Watwick Bay - Fishing in Wales
Watwick Bay

Watwick Bay

Watwick Bay is a sandy beach with rocks either end. There are also Watwick Steps which are concrete.
The beach and steps fish onto clean ground.
The rocks fish onto rough ground.

Fish caught include whiting, pouting, dabs, dogfish, bass, plaice, pollack, rays

Take the B4327 from Haverfordwest to Dale. From Dale, follow the signs to St Anne’s Head. After about ¾ mile, turn left, then immediately right. There is parking space on the left about ½ mile down this lane. A path leads from here to the bay. The final stretch is down a very steep path which can be slippery. Not for the less agile.
