Three Cliffs Bay is a small sandy beach with rocks at either end. Fishing is onto mainly clean ground. Fish caught include flatfish, whiting, dogfish, pollack, plaice. Three Cliffs Bay is signposted from the A4118 near to Penmaen. There is a small car park near the beach.
