The Wye & Usk Foundation Fishing Passport - Fishing in Wales

The Wye & Usk Foundation Fishing Passport

The Fishing Passport is a long-running day-ticket and booking scheme run by the Wye & Usk Foundation, a river restoration charity focused on improving the ecology and fisheries of the Rivers Wye and Usk.

The scheme was launched in 2003 to help open up fishing waters that were previously hard for visiting anglers to access, and has since grown into one of the largest day-ticket fishing networks in the UK.

Rather than owning or leasing water itself, the Foundation acts as a letting agent for private fishery owners, clubs and estates who want an effective way to make their water available to visiting anglers.

Anglers can book day, week or season tickets for a huge range of fisheries through the Passport’s online portal or by phone.

The Passport covers an exceptionally wide portfolio of fishing beats, offering access to a variety of species and water types.

The Passport now connects anglers with a very large network of river and still water fisheries across Wales and the Marches. Over 200 venues are bookable on the Passport Site.
