Rotherslade - Fishing in Wales

Rotherslade

Rotherslade is a sandy beach with rocks at either end. Fishing is onto a mixed sandy and rocky bottom.

Fish caught include smoothound, bass, mackerel, flatfish, whiting, codling, garfish, dogfish, wrasse, conger, bream, trigger fish, mullet, pollack, plaice.

Although thee is a road to Rotherslade, it is residential and parking is impossible, The best option is to take the A4067 to Mumbles, then the B4593. Langland Bay is signposted from this road. A car park is situated at the western end of the beach and Rotherslade is a gentle walk to the east.
