The Fishing Passport: River Wye (The Rocks)

Approximately 1 mile of single (left) bank fishing on the river Wye, upstream of Builth Wells. As the name suggests, it is a spectacularly rocky stretch of water with numerous pools and runs. The beat offers good trout and grayling fishing.

Fishing from the bank is possible in places. When wading, however, care must be taken as some of the pools are extremely deep.

The parking spot is next to the river towards the upstream limit
