Mountain Ash Fly Fishing Association has fishing on Penderyn and Ystradfellte Reservoirs. Fishing is fly only fishing for brown and rainbow trout. Penderyn is a stone bank reservoir and is stocked with rainbow trout. It also has a few wild brown trout and perch. This reservoir is easy to access and fish, with disabled platforms and clear banks. Boats are available for members. Ystradfellte Reservoir is a wilderness fishery in the Brecon Beacons. It has wild brown trout only.
