Mold Fly Fishers originally formed in 1980 as a Fly-Tying Club, but we later had to change our name so that we could enter a team into the Benson and Hedges Fly Fishing competion. The Club waters consist of three small pools situated on farm-land at Llanferres (Ffynnon Y Berth Farm) just off the A494 road. We offer fly fishing for Rainbow Trout and we do have a head of wild brown trout which spawn in our stream fed pools. There is ample car parking with a lodge and toilet. Membership runs from April to April with day Guest Tickets available (NRW Rod Licence required).
