UPDATE May 2024: The venue has seen significant refurbishment and is now open for fishing and camping.

Set in 10 acres of natural woodland, Llandyfan camping has a one acre six-feet deep pool for fishing. The site can be found in a delightful country setting on the fringes of the Brecon Beacons National Park and within easy striking distance of the South Wales towns and beaches.

Over the years, the 1 acre lake at Llandyfan campsite has been stocked with a number of fish species including Common Carp, Mirror Carp, Tench, Perch, Roach, and Rudd.

Carp up to 10lb are often caught and give a good account of themselves in the 6 ft deep water. The record weight is 16 lbs.

Fishing is open to both camping residents and visitors alike. Fishing prices are £7.00 per day. and camping is from £10 a head.
