Cardiff Bay has fishing from parts of the Barrage, which fishes onto clean ground. The areas where fishing is allowed are displayed on notices. Fish include cod, whiting, bass, mullet, flounders, conger. The Barrage is best reached by following the “Marina” signs in Penarth. There is parking just past the marina, at the end of the Barrage. There is also fishing from the foreshore.
