Aberystwyth: North Beach

Aberystwyth has fishing from North Beach, which is a sand and shingle beach with large patches of rocks. It runs north from the pier to Constitution rocks.

Fish caught in the Aberystwth area include huss, rays, conger, codling, garfish, pollack, pouting, rockling, wrasse, whiting, dabs, gurnard, cod.

North Beach is reached by following the signs for the Pier. This is at the southern end of the beach. Plenty of parking is available on the road which runs parallel to the beach.

Aberystwyth also has fishing at Harbour, Tan y Bwlch, and South beaches, the Stone Jetty, Castle Rocks and Constitution Rocks.
