Aberystwyth has fishing from Harbour Beach, which is sand and shingle. Fish caught in the Aberystwth area include huss, rays, conger, codling, garfish, pollack, pouting, rockling, wrasse, whiting, dabs, gurnard, cod. For the Harbour Beach, from the A487, Penparcau Road, in Aberystwyth, turn down Pentre Agor road, next to the Fire Station. Go past the Marina to the end of the road, which is by the jetty. There is plenty of parking here, the beach is a short walk away. Aberystwyth also has fishing at Tan y Bwlch, South and North beaches, the Stone Jetty, Castle Rocks and Constitution Rocks.
