This film reflects on the deep connections between people, landscape and cultural heritage. Through the voices of Cymdeithas Pysgota Seiont Gwyrfai & Llyfni, it explores traditional skills, knowledge of nature, and the place names that root us in our communities.

It reminds us that wellbeing often lies in these shared practices and in the rhythms of nature. Thank you to everyone who contributed to creating this heartfelt film.

Mae’n bleser gennym gyflwyno: Am ein bywydau – ffilm gan Rhys Edwards Comisiynwyd gan Cymru Wledig LPIP Rural Wales, drwy’r Grŵp Thematig Gwytnwch Diwylliannol mewn partneriaeth â Pontio.

Mae’r ffilm yn myfyrio ar y cysylltiadau dwfn rhwng pobl, tirwedd a threftadaeth byw. Trwy leisiau Cymdeithas Pysgota Seiont Gwyrfai & Llyfni, mae’n archwilio sgiliau traddodiadol, gwybodaeth am natur, a’r enwau lleoedd sy’n ein gwreiddio yn ein cymunedau.

Mae’n ein hatgoffa bod llesiant yn aml i’w canfod mewn arferion a rannir a phatrwm byd natur. Diolch i bawb a gyfrannodd at greu’r ffilm hyfryd hon.
