Fishing Clubs of Wales: Afan Valley Angling & Conservation Club VIDEO
We interview club President, John Phillips, on the River Afan near Port Talbot. Founded in 1951 the club offers a mix of wild brown trout, sewin and salmon fishing on a small spate river. More so, the club is very conservation orientated and has improved this once polluted river through its hard work and by working in partnership with conservation organisations, rivers trusts, Welsh Water and NRW.
