Bryn Isaf Cottages - Fishing in Wales

Bryn Isaf Cottages

Accommodation

Ty Cellin and Bryn Isaf are secluded and beautifully renovated 19th century stone cottages in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains surrounded by some of the best natural beauty Wales has to offer.

Sit outside on the patio and admire the calming views over a small lake and the fields beyond. The cottage boasts a log fire making this a cosy choice all year round. There are safe enclosed gardens, and the grounds form part of a real working livestock farm rearing Pedigree cattle and sheep. Fishing is in the lake visible from the property from the bank and with fly only. Guests are responsible for their own fishing licences.

Located in the countryside, this is an ideal, rural retreat for wildlife lovers. A birdwatcher’s haven, there have been 134 species recorded, and with walks from the door, there is an abundance of wildlife in the area to be discovered. The nearby Cors Caron National Nature Reserve supports a wealth of wildlife thanks to its varied habitats.

There are local pubs nearby and if you’re looking for a day at the coast, Aberystwyth is 13 miles away with its many shops, quality restaurants and attractions. The colourful Georgian seaside town of Aberaeron is only a 30-minute drive away. These towns are just two of the many places to access the Ceredigion Coast Path where you can look out for choughs, peregrines, seals and dolphins.

Bryn Isaf Cottages are a warm and comfortable escape from day to day life where you can truly relax, put your feet up and enjoy the peace and tranquillity that surrounds you.
