Aberglasne is a traditional Welsh stone cottage located in the centre of the village of Pontsian, Ceredigion. It is sympathetically improved and very well maintained to provide all modern comforts while keeping its original character. The property is spread over three floors, with lovely countryside views. There is plenty of room for 5 people to enjoy a well-earned holiday with family or friends, while at the same time there is the opportunity and space within the property and gardens for some “me” time. The beautiful summer garden, which has been designed and maintained by an award-winning gardener, comes into life in early May. There is a huge amount of secure garden area with the River Clettwr running alongside for a unique tranquil countryside experience. The river, which is a focal point of the property, has trout and sea trout, plus we have the occasional salmon, otter, heron, dipper and red kites overhead. An ideal base for a quiet holiday away from the crowds. However, many like the seaside and it is just a short drive to New Quay and the magnificent Welsh coast to enjoy the sandy beaches. Country walks or cycling is available from the doorstep and a pub just over a mile away down the lane. Aberglasne is quiet but not isolated and just 200 yards from the centre of the village of Pontsian and a general provision shop. Aberglasne sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms:1 king-size, 1 twin and 1 single
