Groe Park and Irfon Angling Club has mixed coarse and game fishing on two stretches of the lower River Irfon. This part of the river has excellent brown trout and grayling, with salmon later in the season. Chub are also present. Day tickets are available in the Conti high street newsagents in Builth Wells.
