Riverside Fishery has 2 waters, Riverside Lake and Meadow Lake. Fishing is for carp, bream, roach, rudd, perch and tench. The venue is an excellent runs water for carp. It also allows fly fishing for carp, so is popular with local fly anglers in summer. What’s being caught? The matches have brought nets of fish averaging 20lb with roach and bream taken on Caster and maggot on the pole and carp anglers are banking fish to high doubles on the main lake . Tactics? Pole with maggots or casters over steady loosefeed for the roach and skimmers. Corn or worms for the bigger bream, and carp on meat, corn and boilies, the biggest ones in Meadow Lake.
