Semperfli Roadshow in Wales

British fly tying materials manufacturer Semperfli is delighted to be bringing its roadshow to Wales!

The Semperfli roadshow is a programme that takes a pop up exhibition into the communities across Wales Scotland and England bringing people in the wonderful world of fly fishing and tying together in a friendly and positive way.

Hosted in the community at local venues, the Semperfli roadshow is free for the public to enter.  Typically a one day event at the moment, the roadshow offers visitors a wealth of enjoyment in fishing and tying. 

On the day visitors can enjoy a wealth of resources including;

• meeting and chatting with a host of renown fly tyers who will demonstrate their skills and be happy to share their advice
• get to know the folk behind Semperfli
• learn about and connect with local fishing or tying clubs
• visit supporting exhibitors that may include tackle companies, fly fishing schools, casting demonstratons, antique collection, charities, tying materials companies, fishing authorities, FDG and more (exhibitors will vary at each roadshow)
• see a wide range of Semperfli materials on display
• do some shopping!

North Wales Event 22 March

In Wales, the first event is on 22 March 2025 and is being hosted in conjunction with the Vale of Clwyd Angling Club.

It is being held at Trefnant Village Hall, Denbighshire, North Wales, LL16 5UG from 9.30am to 3pm. 

How exciting that highly regarded tyer and angler Paul Procter will be there on the day along with Melvyn Wood, Matthew Davies, Gavin Jones, Rob Spaight, Phillippa Hake, Rob Redman, Gayle Marsh and Gary Kirk.

It is fantastic that Stuart Hardy will be in attendance with his incredible Kelson collection.  This rare, unique, antique fly fishing and tying collection has to be seen to be believed.

Craig Evans will be doing his superb casting demonstrations which are well worth a watch – learn from the best!

Refreshments will be available on the day too!
