Tor Bay is a small sandy beach with rocks at either end. The fishing is onto mainly clean ground. Fish caught here include bass, mackerel, dabs, garfish, dogfish, pollack, Follow the signs to Three Cliffs Bay, which is signposted from the A4118 near to Penmaen. There is a small car park near the beach, and a short walk eastwards to Tor Bay.
