Fishing is for wild brown trout and it is considered one of the most scenic and productive lakes in Wales.

It is also one of the few lakes in Wales to have run of sea trout.

This natural lake is shallow, with reedy soft shores, therefore bank fishing is almost impossible. A drifting boat ‘loch style’ allows access to a vast area of shallows holding free rising trout.

A day ticket from the Fishing Passport covers the venue, but the club should be contacted directly to arrange the boat and for access information.
