The Fishing Passport: River Clywedog

Rising in the heart of the Radnor Forest and joining the Ithon at Crossgates, this discreet stream was one of the first tributaries to be restored by the Foundation and offers some fast improving trout fishing.

This small sized river has 1¼ miles of fishing available. It is lightly fished, ideally with a 6½ to 8ft, 2 to 4wt rod.
