Rhosneigr: Ty Croes

Rhosneigr has fishing at Ty Croes, a rock mark, fishing onto sand.

Fish include bass, cod, whiting, coalfish, pollock, conger, bullhuss, rays, codling, mackerel.

Ty Croes is accessed by exiting the A55 at Junction 5 for Abberffraw (A4080) and following the “A4080 Aberffraw” signs. Shortly after the road bends to run parallel to the shore, past Porth Trecastell (Cable Bay), turn off right, signed with a brown “Trac Circuit” sign. Follow this lane, bearing left at the Y-junction. Just before the Circuit there is a group of houses on the right. Just before these is a small sign “Fisherman’s Car Park” pointing right. Take this turn, drive up the concrete ramp and park at the top of the field. A track from this field leads to the marks.

Rhosneigr also offers fishing from Traeth Cymyran (Cymyran Beach), Traeth Crigyll (Town Beach), Traeth Llydan (Broad Beach) and Porth Trecastell (Cable Bay).
