Redwick Ledges - Fishing in Wales

Redwick Ledges

Redwick Ledges fishing is silt and peat. Care must be taken as there are soft spots in the mud. Never fish alone and some sort of probe or long stick is useful for checking for hard ground. Some fishers use markers to show the path back.

Fish include sole, bass, conger, codling.

Leave the M4 at Junction 23A and take the B4245 southwards, signed to Magor. Go straight on at the roundabout outside the Europark and take the next left turn, signposted for Redwick. In Redwick, turn right opposite The Rose Inn and then first left into a narrow lane in front of a barn. This leads to the beach where parking is available.
