Penbryn is a clean sandy beach with the odd patch of shingle. There are also some good rock marks on the northern headland. Fish caught include bass, flounder, plaice, whiting, turbot, rays, dabs. Penbryn is signposted off the A487 several times between Sarnau and Tan y Groes. There are signs to “Traeth Penbryn” (Penbryn Beach) in the village. There is a National Trust car park, payable in summer.
