Moel y Don has fishing from an easy bank and a jetty onto a mixed sand, shingle, silt bottom. Fish caught here include flounders, coalfish, whiting, dabs, bass, plaice, dogfish. Moel y Don is signposted off the A4080 at the cross roads immediately before Plas Coch holiday park, roughly halfway between Llanfairpwllgwyngyll and Newborough. Carry on to the end of this road, where there is space to park.
