12 acre Spring fed mountain Carp & Coarse and Game Fishery. All fishing must be booked in before arrival.

Llyn Gweryd, home to more than 2000 Carp in the Heart of North Wales above the snow line. At 322 meters in altitude, Gweryd is considered to be the highest carp fishing lake in Wales.

The lake carries a good stock of Commons, Mirrors and Ghosties. Good sized Bream and Perch to 4lb, trout also present in small numbers. No pike.

Whats being Caught? This is a water that’s considered mainly as a specimen carp water but it has also produced big perch to just over 5lbs making it a perch hunters hotspot to put on your bucket list of fisheries to visit with tench to 9lb and bream to double figures to be caught in the warmer months.
