Goldcliff

Goldcliff is a shingle and silt beach, backed by a sea wall.
Both fish onto mainly clean ground. The usual preference is to fish the beach, with the wall being used around high tides.

Fish include flounders, sole, rays, bass, conger.

In Liswerry, east of Newport, turn south off the A48 down Nash Road, which leads to Goldcliff. Once there, turn down Boat Road which leads to the beach. Park with care on the road.
