Freshwater West is a sandy beach fishing onto similar. Fish caught here include flatties, bass, rays, dogfish. Freshwater West is off the B4319 to the south-west of Pembroke. It is just to the west of the Castlemartin Range. There is a car park adjacent to the beach.
