Black Meadows Farm has two lakes, the larger of the two also being known as the Lake of Tranquility. Fishing is mainly for carp. The Lake of Tranquility is a stunning well stocked 3-acre fishing lake on the North Wales border by Mold, just 20 minutes from Chester and Wrexham. Set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings the lake is predominantly stocked with Carp up to 25lb including Common, Crucian, Mirror, Ghost, Koi and F1s, along with a variety of Roach, Rudd, Barbel, Tench, Bream and more. They are open for both day tickets and night fishing from March to October on a pre-book only basis.
