Bangor has fishing from a pier onto mixed sand and shingle. Fish include whiting, flounders, plaice, dabs, cod, rockling coalfish. The pier is signposted with brown pier symbol signs from the A5 in Bangor. There is a car park at the entrance, followed by a long walk to the end of pier. There is a small charge to fish.
