Lligwy Bay has a clean, sandy bottom fishing onto similar. At either end of the beach are rocks, fishing onto a mixed bottom. Fish caught include dogfish, dabs, flounders, bass, whiting. Take the A5025 to Brynrefail, from where turn down the lane signposted “Traeth Lligwy” (Lligwy Beach). Follow the lane round to a car park at the top of the beach, payable in the season.
