Nid yn unig mae\u2019n ffordd wych o dreulio amser yn yr awyr agored, ond mae hefyd yn cynnig llawer o fanteision ar gyfer iechyd meddwl a llesiant corfforol. Yn yr erthygl hon, byddwn yn archwilio rhai o fanteision niferus pysgota a sut y gall wella\u2019n hiechyd a\u2019n llesiant cyffredinol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lleihau Straen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae pysgota\u2019n weithgaredd ymlaciol a llonyddol sy\u2019n gallu helpu i leihau straen a gorbryder. Mae bod allan ym myd natur ac i ffwrdd o ddwndwr a hwrlibwrli bywyd bob dydd yn gallu bod yn ffordd wych o ymlacio a chlirio\u2019ch meddwl. Gall cerdded i ac o leoliadau pysgota, castio a rilio gwialen, a chario offer i gyd gyfrannu at lefel gymedrol o weithgarwch corfforol a all wella iechyd y galon. Mae\u2019n gofyn am ffocws, amynedd a sylw i fanylder, a all helpu i wella gweithrediad gwybyddol. Hefyd, gall pysgota ddarparu ymdeimlad o gyflawniad a boddhad wrth ddal pysgodyn, sy\u2019n gallu hybu hunan-barch a hyder. Mae Fitamin D yn bwysig ar gyfer iechyd esgyrn, y system imiwnedd, a llesiant yn gyffredinol.
