Talacre - Fishing in Wales

Talacre

Talacre is a clean, sandy beach, marked at its western end by the Point of Ayr.

Fish caught include plaice, eels, dabs, bass, flounder, whiting, codling.

Talacre is signposted on the A548 between Mostyn and Prestatyn. Bear left after the caravan site to the beach. There is plenty of parking above the beach.

The water may be some way out and care is needed as the tide can easily creep in behind the fisher.
