Porth Dafarch - Fishing in Wales

Porth Dafarch

Porth Dafarch has fishing from rocks onto a mainly rough bottom. Beware of big swells and do not fish in these conditions.

Fish caught include huss, pollack, conger, dogfish, whiting, dabs, rockling, coalfish.

Leave the A5 just before Dyffryn, taking the B4545 for Trearddur Bay. At Trearddur bay turn left, signposted “South Stack”. After about three miles turn left turn for Gors-goch. Look for the car park on the left, from where footpaths lead to the sea.
