Port Eynon has fishing from a beach and from rock marks on Port Eynon Point, which is the western limit of the bay. The beach is the western end of the bay, the eastern section being Horton Beach. Fishing from the beach is onto a shallow sandy bottom and from the point onto rocky ground. Fishing from the point is preferred option for most.

Fish include bass (from the point), mackerel, flatfish, whiting, codling, garfish, dogfish, wrasse, mullet, pollack, plaice.

Port Eynon is at the end of the A4118. There is plenty of car parking available near the beach, from where it is a short walk to the Point.
