Aberystwyth Angling Association: River Ystwyth - Fishing in Wales

Aberystwyth Angling Association: River Ystwyth

Aberystwyth Angling Association has fishing on the River Ystwyth. It is a true spate river where levels can fluctuate dramatically. It has a late Summer/Autumn run of salmon but it is the sewin (sea trout) which is the jewel in the crown.

The Association has fishing rights on the lower reaches below Gosen Bridge, Rhydyfelin, a few miles south of Aberystwyth and reachable on the A44 towards Cardigan.
